Since becoming a consultant in vascular surgery + renal transplantation, I have led the vascular access service. We have evolved considerably over the last decade with several PhD, randomised clinical trials, innovative imaging and future technology. We have always been driven by patient experience, and this is now driving the next steps of clinical research.
